Chase Run Stable formed as a unique business on June 1, 2008. We operated under a different name for a couple years in the Waterford area, and recently moved to a new location in Hamilton severing all previous business ties. The current property has a wonderful new barn, complete with covered seating and a boarder lounge. There are two house

s on the property, one dates back to 1799. The other house is currently under renovation and was originally built 1843. One of our fields has an authentic Amish barn that was recently relocated to the property. All our boarding fields have new fencing, run-in access, and fresh water tanks. We also have open access the the W&OD Trail which leads all over Loudoun County.

Brandon Raithel maintains the background workings of the farm. He runs errands, drives the trucks and tractor, answers your phone calls and e-mails, and builds this lovely website you seem to be enjoying so much. He does all that on top of working a full-time job and finishing up his Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
